In 2018, the United States Supreme Court struck down a federal law that prohibited online sports gambling, allowing each state to choose whether or not to regulate these practices. Since then, a majority of states have either passed or introduced legislation to legalize sports betting at retail locations, online, or both options.

Is sports betting legal in Idaho?

No. Sports betting is currently not legal in Idaho. There is currently no legislation introduced that would make sports betting legal in the Gem State.
