In May of 2018, the Supreme Court overruled a law that placed a federal ban on sports betting. This decision has given each state the power to legalize sports betting, both online and in-person. Delaware quickly responded to this opportunity, launching full-scale sports betting on June 5th, 2018.

Delaware Online Sports Betting
Aside from the Delaware Sports Lottery, online sports betting is currently not offered in Delaware. There are not currently any plans to offer mobile betting through mobile apps.
Delaware Sports Lottery
Delaware residents have the option of playing the Sports Pick Lottery, a lottery option that accepts bets on NFL and NCAA football games. Bets include point spreads, quick picks, totals, teasers, parlays, and more. The full list of lottery wagers and governing rules can be found on the Delaware Lottery site.
If you win $600 or less on the Sports Pick Lottery you can redeem your prize at any Delaware Sports Lottery Retailer or sportsbook. Tickets over $600 can only be cashed at Delaware Park, Dover Downs, Harrington Raceway, or the Delaware Lottery office.
